So I have had a few I have never seen. I saw this one frantically going from one low branch to another, slowly making his way closer to me. I am not sure what it is but it was fun to watch.

Wait here is another possibility - an Eastern Wood Peewee - I haven't looked up any pictures yet... but just thinking he looks so dark... hmmmm
