Feeding it's Young
It is so sweet to see the parents feed their young.
The colors are so vivid here because it had been raining all morning.
The colors are always different on birds after the rain.
Especially when they are dry.
This WP was so bright and shiny.

Babies
Here is a baby Northern Flicker my husband spotted as we were on a walk.
It's mother was close by finding it food.
I was not able to get pictures with her feeding.
The baby was curious and the Mother knew better to be out while I was close.
Baby Red Bellied Woodpecker
The mother kept getting seed and feeding her baby.
It was so sweet.
Hummingbird Giant
I caught this guy on the feeder a few days ago
and thought it was such a funny sight.
It is almost as big as the feeder.
I was able to catch it on camera today.
I have seen the downy and hairy do this but never the red belly til now.

About Me
Lisa
I am a SAHM with my three wonderful children. It's really a lot harder than I ever imagined but, I love being with them, learning, and growing from and with them.
